A silver targa plate is presented to the driver and co-driver that have completed all the Targa stages within the plate time specified for their vehicle class. The plate time is calculated as a base time plus a percentage depending on the vehicle and the class.

If the driver and co-driver win the Silver plate for three consecutive years, they will be eligible for the Gold plate in their third year in lieu of the silver plate.
